Limegrove Offices Move In – The Barbados Business Monday – August 23, 2010

The Limegrove Lifestyle Centre's sales and construction offices have moved from the corner of Highway 1 and Sea View Road to the 2nd floor of The Tower Building.

In making the announcement, Marketing Manager Jennifer MacPherson explained that the move was crucial as the project progresses towards completion, and that the area where the temporary sales office was previously located is about to be transformed as construction begins on the Louis Vuitton building. She said "The move signals the beginning of the occupation of the building space by Limegrove’s tenants." She added, "The handover of the retail space for tenants to begin their shop fit outs will take place from the end of this month. The new offices can be accessed from Sea View Road."

Ms. MacPherson also confirmed that the project is on schedule to open in time for Christmas and that a few select opportunities are still available. The Barbados National Bank was the first business to open its doors earlier this summer.

Limegrove began construction in February 2008.
