Barbados Welcomes Groundbreaking Development.

Located in the heart of Holetown, Limegrove covers ten acres and includes approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space with parking for some 300 plus vehicles, as well as 60 residences- a mix of apartments, penthouses and townhouses. Many of the world’s leading brands will be featured in a sophisticated retail shopping environment, while the adjacent residences will offer the finest in contemporary Caribbean living. Upon completion, the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre aims to be the most stylish place to shop, dine, and lime for all visitors and residents of Barbados.
Over 100 international brands have already expressed strong interest in reserving space at Limegrove including: Adidas, Agent Provocateur, Aqua West Restaurant & Bar, Bobby Brown, Bulgari, Burberry, Calvin Klein Underwear, Cartier, Chopard, D&G, Foster & Ince Cruise, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Hermes, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, La Perla, Louis Vuitton, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Prada Sport, Puma, Raffles Asian Fusion Restaurant, Theo Fennell, Tommy Bahama, Versace and Quicksilver.
An architecturally impressive, ultra modern Altman office will house the Altman family of companies. This building will also be home to innovative, interactive concierge services dedicated to catering for the needs of villa guests, as well as serving as the Barbados headquarters for Quintessentially- the recently launched international members-only club with a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year concierge service with a global reach.
Limegrove Lifestyle Centre will offer a unique and exciting enhancement to the tourism experience in Barbados by providing visitors and Barbadians with a wide variety of desirable luxury branded goods, new choices for dining, entertaining and cultural recreation, previously unavailable. This is great advancement for Barbados as a tourist destination. The development’s strong retail offering will continue to the set the island apart as a major tourism hub when it opens its doors in the winter of 2009.
