THE TOWER BUILDING
The Tower Building with its 4 stories is Limegrove’s tallest building. It draws it name for the grand tower at the front of the building which faces Second Street in Holetown. The views from the third floor restaurant and the fourth floor roof top nightclub and cocktail lounge are considered to be the most spectacular views available on the Platinum West Coast of Barbados.
Its design blends influences from historic Caribbean architecture with art deco detail on the fascia. All four stories have amazing views of a 40 foot water wall feature. This tranquil water garden will be ideal for promotional events such as cocktail parties and fashion shows as well as an ideal environment for natural theatre.

THE POLO BUILDING
The Polo Building draws its name from Barbados’ long association with the International and Royal sport of polo and the large social influences it has on the island during the polo season. Its prominent façade with its clock fascia faces First Street in Holetown.
Adjacent to Limegrove’s Palm Court it is home to many world class designer stores and art gallery.

THE HERITAGE BUILDING
The Heritage Building draws its name from the significance that Limegrove’s location has in Barbados history. Centrally located within the Lifestyle Centre, this two storey building connects to the Polo Building on the second level with a view over the Palm Court.

THE PALM BUILDING
The Palm Building draws its name from the elegant royal palms in the adjacent garden. This 3 story building has the most fabulous views overlooking The Palm Garden- the heart of the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre.
The Palm Building will be home to world class designer stores and The Limegrove Gym and Wellness Centre on the 3rd floor.

THE ARTS BUILDING
The Arts building which draws its name from Limegrove’s association with both art and film will be the home of the Barbados International Film Festival and many International designer boutiques. Overlooking the Garden Court from the East it will also provide excellent sheltered areas for casual alfresco dinning.
The Limegrove VIP Cinema will be located on the upper level.

THE PROMENADE BUILDING
The Promenade Building named appropriately by Mr. Doug Luke, the lead architect on the project with Gillespie and Steel Associates Ltd., to describe the high vaulted and pillared walkways around the building adjoining with the Palm Garden to its north and the Garden Court to its south.

THE JEWEL BUILDING
The Jewel Building draws its name from the Cartier Boutique which will be housed here. The building has a spectacular domed frontage giving this amazing 2 storey building a fabulous grand entrance and great visibility from Highway 1 and Second Street in Holetown.

THE LANDINGS BUILDING
The Landings Building, points to sea at the spot where the first English settlers to Barbados landed. The 2 storey building has great views of Holetown and overlooks the coastal highway.
The back of the building overlooks the Garden Court and has an undercover walk ways on Level 1 ideal for relaxing and watching the world and the many shoppers go by.
THE SANDBOX BUILDING
The 2 storey Sandbox Building encases a wonderful old Sandbox Tree in the front court yard. It is situated on the South side of the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. It offers great views of the Garden Court.
Level 1 has an undercover walkway offering a cool place to hangout, to drink coffee, to have a lunch date.

THE ALTMAN BUILDING
The Emporium Building will be the commercial heart of the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. It will be home to the Altman group and the many services it offers.
The Limegrove project office, The Grove Residential Sales Office, and The Limegrove Management Company office will all be housed here. Board room and conference facilities will be available.
The Altman penthouse, a unique space, will accommodate intimate gatherings, chic cocktail parties, promotional evenings and product launches.
This stunning 4 storey building with roof top terrace sits at the entrance to Limegrove.
THE BANK BUILDING
The Bank Building will house The Barbados National Bank this will be one of the most impressive Bank Buildings in Barbados.
THE WATER WAY
The Water Way was designed to create a peaceful and contemporary amphitheatre in the Zen style. The terraces hang in an open-air arcade with direct views of a wonderful water wall feature where water gently cascades 40 ft down its wall at the North End of the lake creating an amazing and unique atmosphere for retailers and visitors alike.
THE PALM GARDEN
The Palm Garden offers a relaxing oasis amidst the excitement and bustle of the Lifestyle Centre. This sanctuary garden plaza offers a unique visual experience and an area of repose for visitors to enjoy refreshments and leisure. Colourful patterns and earth tones weave beneath your feet in a stunning complement to the azure skies overhead. A canopy of green filters the warmth of the sun within this captured moment in paradise.
THE GARDEN COURT
The Garden Court heralded by overhanging balconies and ornaments, is accentuated by a central, classic fountain adding to the tranquility of the outdoor plaza. Verdant palm fronds rise majestically within the coolness of the sanctuary garden, a jewel within the heart of the Lifestyle Center.
